Be respectful
Use a display name suitable for a broad public audience. Do not use slurs, threats, sexual-abuse references, extremist praise, impersonation or targeted insults.
Do not harass players through repeated friend requests or challenges, evade a block, or use invitations to intimidate or pressure another player.
Play fairly
Do not automate submissions, tamper with clients or network traffic, exploit timing or retry behaviour, coordinate results, or knowingly use a defect to obtain an unfair result.
Report suspected cheating through the in-app report action. Do not publicly accuse or identify another player.
Protect privacy and safety
Do not attempt to discover or publish another player’s real identity, email address, sign-in-provider details, location or other private information. Numberplate Words does not provide direct messaging.
Threats of harm, credible safety concerns or illegal activity may be escalated beyond ordinary moderation where appropriate. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
Reports and blocks
Use reports in good faith and select the most accurate category. Reports use a selected category and verified player, invitation or match context; there is no free-text report field. Repeatedly submitting knowingly false or abusive reports may itself lead to account action.
A block removes social connections, stops future discovery and invitations, and neutrally closes an active shared series. Do not create or use another account to evade a block.
Consequences
Depending on severity and history, action may include guidance, a warning, display-name reset, feature restriction, match cancellation, temporary suspension, permanent removal or escalation to an appropriate authority.
