Using the service
Numberplate Words is a word game. Solo Practice and the current Daily Challenge can be played without registration. Multiplayer, friends, invitations, notifications and cross-device recovery require an Apple- or Google-linked account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to the sign-in provider secure. Do not impersonate another person, evade a block, interfere with service operation or exploit a defect to gain an unfair result.
Fair play and availability
The API is authoritative for competitive clocks, submissions, adjudication and progression. Network delays, maintenance or faults can interrupt availability. Numberplate Words may correct, cancel or remove results affected by abuse, a material defect or an invalid rules or dictionary release.
The service may change during development and beta testing. Features, dictionaries, scoring, retention and availability may be revised while preserving published privacy and competitive-integrity commitments.
Accounts and enforcement
Numberplate Words may reject display names, restrict features, suspend access or remove an account where reasonably necessary to enforce the community rules, protect players, comply with law or secure the service. Moderation decisions may be recorded and reviewed under the documented moderation process.
You may stop using the service and delete your account through the app. Some anonymised records may remain where necessary for match integrity, player safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Intellectual property
The Numberplate Words software, branding, game presentation and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Dictionary entries and third-party services remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
Responsibility and governing law
The service is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
